Tammi is one of the largest and most beautiful mountainous lakes in the north of Khuzestan province and 147 km northeast of Dezful city in the mountainous part of Sardasht. Tammi is said to be a flat and smooth place in the Bakhtiari dialect.
The water of this lake is covered by spring floods and melting snow in the mountains surrounding the lake, which has permanent glaciers throughout the year covered with snow and ice, and due to its geographical location, the lake’s water lacks flow. The Shati Temi Lake is in fact a closed lake with no water.
Ranges, lawns and special extensive vegetation around the lake from the plain to the plain to the plain plain is a good place to camps the nomads during their large migration from Garmsir located in the plain of Khuzestan to Oshtankouh Mountain Mountain and Zardkouh Bakhtiari and the hometown Great for Dezful tribes.
